Welcome to MyHeart, a free medical risk calculator and information resource provided by researchers from UiTM, University of Malaya (UM), and Monash University Malaysia. By accessing or using the MyHeart website and its tools ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility and Intended Use

MyHeart is designed for informational and educational use by clinicians, patients, and the general public worldwide. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. No Registration Required

MyHeart is available without registration. No user accounts or logins are required. All use is anonymous.

3. Use of the Service

You may use MyHeart for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and tools on MyHeart are the intellectual property of the researchers from UiTM, UM, and Monash Malaysia, unless otherwise indicated. You may use the tools for personal or professional (non-commercial) use. Any commercial use or reproduction requires written permission.

5. API Usage

MyHeart provides certain features and calculations via public APIs, which are hosted on AWS Lambda and API Gateway. You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt these services.

6. No Warranty

While we strive for accuracy and reliability, MyHeart is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of results.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MyHeart, or its researchers or affiliated institutions, be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
